The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and train lines. It was very near the metro station and close to the subway station. Additionally, it was in front of the JR Akihabara Central station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, particularly Izumi Shinohara, who spoke English well and was always willing to help with a quick response and a smile.

My second visit, even better. Average or above expectation. Staff, especially Izumi Shinohara, attentive and quick to respond with a smile. Good access to subway and train lines. Convenient for Shinjuku and Ueno areas. Nearby convenience stores and comfortable room.

It`s very close to a Underground Station and some of the most important places to visit in Tokyo.

The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of food items. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. The shuttle bus was a nice touch and made it easy to get around.

The room was quite small and cramped. The staff were not always friendly and the customer service was average.

The bathroom so comfortable .But the carpet have a many dust too much The view so good for see sky tree

Long queue for breakfast. The staff can not order a taxi, had to catch the car.

The breakfast was satisfying, and the cleanliness was good. the location was convenient to travel to other areas easily.

The rooms had very limited space and were uncomfortable for more than one person. the staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to requests.

Relationship cost/performance is very good. Excellent for visiting Ueno, Akihabara, Asakusa. Access by JR train (good if you have a JR rail pass). Excellent breakfast

This hotel wasn't far from Asakusabashi Station and close enough to arrive with all our luggage on foot. Staff were friendly and helped best they could although communicating in English was a bit of a hurdle. We loved the included Japanese breakfasts with plenty of tea, coffee and tasty bread. The hotel was amazingly clean and housekeeping was always attended to. We were happy and are planning to stay in a Toyoko Inn in Osaka in several days.

These aren't really bad points, however people should know that the beds are very firm, quite hard even. I have found that this can be the norm in Asian accommodation. Staff need to learn more English although I think Toyoko Inns are mostly for Japanese business people.

This hotel's location is convenient, being very close to a subway station and in front of a central JR station, making transportation easy. the room had basic necessities such as an A/C, a bed, and a TV, and was kept clean. the staff were reasonably helpful and friendly.

The breakfast provided was iffy, the washroom was quite small, and the quality of service could be better improved.

The modest hotel, but with all necessary things for living. Good location. Helpful stuff. Home-like atmosphere. Very convenient hotel!

It is a great stay for the budget conscious. Clean and close to subway line.
